Mortgage Affordability File Audit — R2,450
The fixed fee covers one individual or joint salaried application, a completeness check, reconciliation of up to three months of core records, household affordability schedule, scenario testing, a 45-minute findings call and written summary. Delivery is normally three to five working days after a complete file is received.
Irregular, rental or self-employed income can require more history and interpretation. We first inspect the scope without charge and provide a written quote before work begins. Nothing proceeds merely because you enquired.
Pre-Application Document Check — R1,150
This covers one applicant, an annotated completeness and consistency checklist, a 20-minute discussion and one follow-up look at corrected records within seven days. A joint file is R1,450. If the records reveal that an affordability opinion is needed, we explain the wider service and credit the document-check fee only where the work can reasonably be reused.
Household Budget Stress Review — R1,650
The fee includes a preparation schedule, a 90-minute meeting and a two-page summary of the scenarios discussed. It does not include a mortgage application file audit or communication with a lender.
What can change a quote
The main factors are the number of applicants, number of active income sources, use of business accounts, length of history needed, foreign-currency income and urgency. We do not accept work on an accelerated timetable if it would weaken the review.
Payment and changes
Payment is due after engagement terms are accepted and before review begins. If you need to move a meeting, give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our refund policy.
