Terms of service

These terms govern use of this website and any assessment engagement accepted in writing by Host Linkhub.

Last updated: 15 August 2026.

Acceptance and engagement

By using this website, you accept these terms. An enquiry does not create an adviser-client relationship. Paid work begins only when we issue and you accept written engagement terms identifying the scope, fee and handling arrangements.

Nature of the service

Our assessments are independent opinions based on information supplied and stated assumptions. We are not a credit provider, lender, bond originator, estate agent, attorney, tax adviser or property valuer. We do not guarantee bond approval, an interest rate or the affordability of future circumstances. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information and for purchase and borrowing decisions.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

Fees and payment timing appear in the accepted engagement. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our refund policy, incorporated here by reference.

Intellectual property

Website text, visual identity, assessment formats and original written reports belong to Host Linkhub unless stated otherwise. You may use a report for your personal application discussions but may not resell, alter or publish it without written permission. Third-party trademarks and imagery remain with their owners.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material, impersonate another applicant or provide altered financial records. Links to other sites are supplied for context; we do not control their content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, Host Linkhub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, a lender’s decision, a failed property transaction, interest-rate movement or loss caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where law prohibits limitation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute in writing. Subject to applicable consumer law, South African courts have jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Questions may be sent to info@host-linkhub.digital.
